Working with the Huu-ay-aht First Nation economic development department in 2020, LTG developed the concept, completed the planning and design, and finally completed the financial and operational planning required for the creation of a boutique tourism operation on their territory on the southwest coast of Vancouver Island.
Huu-ay-aht First Nation asked Legacy to complete the feasibility research and business plan for a proposed destination resort in the territory.

The Legacy team worked on a Campground Operations Manual and Campground Expansion Plan for the Huu-ay-aht Group of Companies.
Legacy was engaged to complete a plan that will conduct research, development work, and analysis to determine the best operating model for Kiixịn National Historic Site and provide strategic recommendations for sustainable operations. This study explored the feasibility of utilizing experiential technologies to minimize physical visitor impact on the site while enhancing the historical experience.
