A veteran financial advisor, John Durrant brings a range of experience in finance, accounting, strategic analysis, tax, project management and bootstrap services for start-up and later stage companies. During the last 20 years John has built a practice oriented around tax, corporate finance and advisory services for owner managed businesses focusing primarily on startup to later stage companies. John has filled, on many occasions, key financial roles as these companies have emerged through the various stages of growth.
Prior to this, John has held a number of positions, including Treasurer, Controller, V.P. Finance and CFO for local, regional, national and international companies whose annual revenues ranged from $40 million to $1.4 billion.
