Legacy Tourism Group worked with the Wagmatcook First Nation in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia to create a comprehensive tourism development strategy and business plan that incorporates current assets as well as determining the “sweet spot” for potential new developments.

Tourism Development Feasibility Plans, Phase II

COMPLETED DECEMBER 2016

Wagmatcook First Nation asked Legacy to develop feasibility plans for 3 priority projects identified in Phase I. A Destination Resort, Waterfront Accommodation and Campground, and a Seafood Restaurant.
