The Legacy Team worked with the Paskwayak Business Development Corporation on planning and feasibility for a lakeside cultural centre and destination resort in Opaskwayak Cree Nation territory near The Pas, Manitoba. The primary objectives were to pursue business, investment and economic development opportunities to grow OCN’s wealth and help provide quality social programs to support their community.
The PBDC group engaged Legacy Tourism to develop a finance-ready Business Plan for the opportunity developed in the LTG Feasibility Study completed in November 2022.

PBDC engaged the Legacy team to lead the negotiations and make recommendations to leadership regarding the acquisition of an existing fishing and hunting lodge.
