Foxwoods Casino Operation
Legacy Tourism Group worked with the Mashantucket-Pequot Tribal Nation & their wholly owned Foxwoods Resort Casino in the concept development for two distinct tourism project areas on their sovereign and fee simple lands.
The work included the completion of market and competition evaluation; target demographics for new experiences; high level business plans/proof of viability; conceptual facility design and site layout; sourcing specialized equipment and suppliers; draft tour & activity protocols; a staff recruitment, training and capacity building plan; and Foxwoods Marketing Team training plan for the new experiences.
