Oosita, the economic development arm of Fort Chipewyan Métis Nation, has engaged Legacy Tourism to work on a Grassroots Tourism Feasibility Study, Strategic Workplan and Business Plan project, including community engagement and implementation planning.
Legacy Tourism Group has completed a business plan for Little Red River Cree Nation for the reopening of their lodge, building on the feasibility work completed by Legacy in 2019.
Legacy Tourism Group was engaged by Little Red River Cree Nation to assess the viability of reopening the historic, non-operational Margaret Lake Lodge in Caribou Mountains Wildland Provincial Park. The 2019 report included market demand analysis, staffing needs, financial projections, and overall feasibility.
