Mikisew Group’s Sakaw business unit plans to redevelop and promote the fly-in outpost adventure experiences that were last offered to the public in 2014 at the eleven pristine lake facilities located in Northeastern Alberta. Based on information developed by Legacy, the Mikisew Group will understand the tourism business expansion project viability, potential job creation numbers, estimate of total economic benefits that this project can achieve, and analysis of revenue potential.

Lodge Business Plan

COMPLETED NOVEMBER 2019

Legacy Tourism Group has completed a business plan for Little Red River Cree Nation for the reopening of their lodge, building on the feasibility work completed by Legacy in 2019.

Lodge Feasibility Report

COMPLETED NOVEMBER 2025

Legacy Tourism Group was engaged by Little Red River Cree Nation to assess the viability of reopening the historic, non-operational Margaret Lake Lodge in Caribou Mountains Wildland Provincial Park. The 2019 report included market demand analysis, staffing needs, financial projections, and overall feasibility.
