At the request of the Champagne and Aishihik First Nations, Legacy Tourism Group developed the Matatana (Kathleen Lake) Resort Development Concept including an evaluation of the potential development of a world-class, authentic aboriginal tourism experience in this location.
Legacy Tourism Group worked on the development of a concept plan for a destination resort within Kluane National Park in the Yukon. The site had been identified by the CAFN for 30 years as a potential tourism opportunity.
After approval of the concept plan, Champagne & Aishihik First Nations engaged Legacy Tourism Group to complete a feasibility and business plan for the proposed destination resort.
