We are working in support of Stantec on this interesting concept study of 400 km of the Athabasca River from Athabasca to Ft. McMurray, Alberta. Legacy Tourism Group is providing specialized services in whitewater assessment, trails & recreation tourism planning and inventory, land use planning, tourism market research and tourism branding for the project. Jim DeHart recently spent 4 days in early September on the river with Justin Ellis and Morris Seiferling of Stantec completing field inventory work on the river corridor.
